Step outside your studio and enjoy over 19,000 sq ft of shared spaces, including a spacious co-work area, fully equipped for remote working. The building also includes a restful lounge, games room, cafe, community dining area, screen room, garden, spa, and more.

When the laptops are shut, immerse yourself in a daily schedule of fitness classes, live music, workshops, and volunteer opportunities designed to inspire and energise.

The building is on the doorstep of 90-acre Minet Country Park, a 10-minute walk from Lombardy Retail Park (including Sainsburys), and a 10-minute drive from both Southall and Hayes stations, with connections to the Elizabeth Line and National Rail.
