Easements, Wayleaves, Public & Private Rights of Way
Both Lots are sold subject to and with the benefit of all public and private rights of way, light, drainage, cable, pylons or other easements, restrictions or obligations, whether or not the same are described in these particulars or contact of sale.

Water Supply
Lot 1 and Lot 2 currently have a mains water supply from an unmetered connection situated in the A525 (adjacent to Lot 2 frontage).
