The building has been constructed on a hillside with a northeast orientation, from where it has panoramic views over the gorge of Topolia and up to the sea in the background. It is a stone building, which has been configured with an 82 m² apartment on the ground floor as well as an independent 60 m² apartment upstairs with an additional 48 m² loft. The entire building can easily be connected in order to become a large detached house. As it currently is, it allows you to rent out one or both apartments in order to have a good income. Alternatively, you can stay on one of the levels and you may host relatives or friends.

The village is on the way to Elafonissi, one of the most popular beaches of the island. In its center there are several taverns, souvenir shops as well as 2-3 mini markets that are open all year round. It attracts thousands of tourists during the summer months and the property is suitable for use as a guest house. In the nearby small town of Kissamos you will find all kinds of shops and services as well as a long sandy beach, in about 15 minutes' drive. The city center of Chania is about 45 minutes away.
