Masseria Gelsomino consists of a main building and two annexes, all of them overlooking the internal courtyard where the 11.5 x 5.5 meter infinity pool is located.
In the main building you can find the master bedroom with its exclusive bathroom with tub and shower, and two further double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom with shower, as well as an open space that consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a living area where there is also a working fireplace.
Only a few steps apart, there are the annexes, where you can find a further double bedroom with its bathroom and the second one with two double bedrooms and a share bathroom.
Therefore it is perfect to accommodate up to 12 people. The Villa is surrounded by Leccese stone walls, that create an environment that is extremely protected and reserved. In this way it is even more pleasant to relax by the pool, or use the equipped area under the pergola to eat outside.
The pleasant temperatures, not only in summer but also in spring and autumn, typical of southern Italy, allow you to fully enjoy the outdoor life: for this reason a traditional stone pizza oven and a barbecue will be perfect for organizing a convivial dinner with friends.

Although privacy is the dominant note of this property, the towns of Carpignano Salentino and Martano are within easy reach. Maglie, just a little further away, is the most important centre in the area after Lecce, where you can find chic boutiques and restaurants. Finally, Otranto is only 10 minutes away, and in summer it is the real centre of night-life and entertainment in the area.

The village of Carpignano Salentino is just 3 km away and in the vicinity, there are some shops and the main services, as well as a large supermarket just outside the village. Furthermore, just 10 minutes by car, there are some of the most beautiful beaches of Salento, characterized by high dunes and the local Mediterranean scrub all along a stretch of coast, in the locality of Laghi Alimini, with public beaches and private establishments. The area is full of places to visit, but certainly, the most fascinating place is the town of Otranto, with its renowned historic centre dominated by the ramparts leading to the Aragonese Castle and its intricate alleys, crowded with people and bazaars, bars, and excellent restaurants. Lecce is 28 km away and Brindisi airport 78 km.
