Adjacent is a large sitting room offering excellent living space, currently housing a grand piano with a window overlooking the front of the property and double doors leading to a small, enclosed balcony.
The second floor comprises two well-proportioned double bedrooms, a single bedroom currently arranged as a dressing room, and a family bathroom with a panelled bath with shower head over, tiled surround and glazed screen, low level WC, wash hand basin and heated ladder rack towel rail.
To the front of the property is a good-sized concrete driveway providing parking for up to two cars and access to the garage. The south-facing rear garden is predominantly paved, complemented by a variety of climbing and potted plants. A gate at the rear provides pedestrian access.
