Lots 1 & 2 - These are approached via a private track processing to the main homestead and leading off a minor roadway connecting up between the main A487 (Cardigan - Fishguard) and A478 (Cardigan - Tenby) roads, some ½ mile from the village of Penybryn, which lies alongside the A478 road. Penybryn has a Chapel and public house. The larger village of Cilgerran is some 1 mile distant and has primary school, village stores, hall, church, filling station, public house etc. The Market Town of Cardigan is some 2 ½ miles distant and provides for a wider array of everyday facilities.
