Within the larder is the Home Automation system that allows all the electrical systems within the home to be controlled remotely including the inferred heaters, the Aga, the lights, the security and the hot water. Beyond the dining room is the sitting room that has a wood burner and both the sitting room and dining room enjoy estuary views. Behind the sitting room is the utility room and a shower room, with a power shower. A second back door leads out to the rear, shared external passageway. The exterior walls have been totally upgraded with lime render, with no expense spared.
Off the first floor landing and corridor there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms also enjoy the far-reaching estuary views.
