Fantastic location with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and open spaces. It is also very close to the tram stop, which is convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not had any issues so far, but the process has been explained in detail by Rasheed.

Nothing - everything was as expected and we were given a great tour of the additional facilities by Rasheed.

Well located in Deansgate, plenty of various convenience shops and supermarkets around with a range of bars and restaurants within a short 5-10min walking distance. Close to facilities like gyms, padel courts, tennis/basketball court already a part of the residences.

Often quick to respond and help to arrange solutions to issues.

Maybe nice to provide a little booklet when moving in with key information about residences, amenities and services offered as well as some outline of the supermarkets, bars, restaurants in the near area.

Bad thing is that I don’t have car space parking to my apartment, and the noise when I open my apartment window is soooo annoying
