Description

Greater London Properties Presents
This beautifully presented studio apartment, located on the 5th floor of the highly regarded Trentishoe Mansions, offers a perfect blend of contemporary living and classic charm. Spanning 380 sq ft, the apartment enjoys west-facing rooftop views that stretch across the iconic West End skyline, providing a tranquil retreat amidst the vibrancy of central London.

Upon entering, you'll immediately notice the spaciousness enhanced by the generous 11 ft ceiling height and the warm, timeless appeal of solid wood flooring throughout. The apartment is bathed in natural light thanks to three large double-glazed windows, which not only offer a picturesque outlook but also ensure excellent insulation and quietness, ideal for city living. The expansive windows allow you to enjoy beautiful sunsets and the buzz of the West End right from the comfort of your home. The apartment is complete with a separate fully equipped kitchen with eat in space and a contemporary bathroom with bath tub.

Location
Trentishoe Mansions is a beautiful well kept Victorian Mansion Block with a spacious lobby featuring stained glass windows and mosaic floor; ideally located just moments from the cultural and entertainment heart of the West End. Whether you're catching a show in one of the nearby theatres, enjoying a meal at one of London's world-renowned restaurants, or taking in the lively atmosphere of Covent Garden and Leicester Square, everything is within walking distance.

'What the owner says'
My affection for this flat begins with the monumental architecture of Trentishoe Mansions itself. The impressive arched entrance leads instantly from London’s famous “hustle and bustle” to a wonderful calm.
The flat constantly surprises with its great views over Soho’s rooftops and is conveniently arranged with high ceilings so it seems quite large - I particularly like the separate kitchen space - and the flat is always quiet.
But ultimately it is the flat’s location in the heart of London’s famous “hustle and bustle” which makes it such a great place to live: the convenience of having every form of public transport and an unrivalled range of facilities - everything that London has to offer - on the doorstep.

Historical Note:
Soho was one of the first areas to develop in London’s West End, back in 1680. Charing Cross Road appeared more than 200 years later, in 1886. Trentishoe Mansions, a six-storey block in red brick and terra-cotta, was erected in 1891, flaunting a skyline of pedimented gables and a pavilion (turret) modelled from the pavilions on top of France’s famous Chambord Chateau, the largest chateau in the Loire Valley.
