Offers are invited at a guide price of £5,500,000 for 100% of the issued share capital of Camelo Parks Ltd (incorporating Riverview Country Parks Ltd). The majority of income is from lodge and caravan sales. However, the park benefits from a significant income from residential pitch fees which currently total £276,000 per annum (net of VAT). Location

Forres is a town on the A96 on the North Moray coast, South of Findhorn Bay. It sits approximately 25 miles east of Inverness and 12 miles west of Elgin and has a railway station on the Inverness to Aberdeen line. The town has a population of around 16,000 and sits to the northeast of the Grampian Mountain range and the West of Scotland’s famous Whisky Trail along the River Spey.
