In the beautiful Valllee de la Manche area of Morzine, well know for its quiet alpine environment, and just 2 km from the centre of the town, served by the free ski bus. The Nyon ski lift is 1000m away and provides an excellent point of access to the skiing and mountain biking. The valley is well known for the touring skiing and off piste itinerary that descends from Avoriaz. In summer it is a great base for setting off on hikes on the many trails in the surrounding mountains, or exploring the region on road bikes, with many famous climbs to be found nearby.

A chalet that has been renting very well all year round on a weekly basis for a number of years, whilst providing a fantastic second family home in the mountains.

The main level has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and lounge area fronted by wide bifold doors that open out on to a large balcony terrace perfect for outdoor dining as the temperature rises at the end of the winter season and through out the summer. The room is heated with electric wall mounted heaters and a modern wood burner.

On the upper floor there are two bedroom with ensuite bathrooms.

On the lower floor, two big bedrooms with doors out on to the decking and garden give access to the nordic style hot tub. These bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate WC. Cupboards on this level house a washing machine and dryer, plus the electric hot water tanks.
