Outside, there is an extensive lawn to the front of the property. To the side and reached from Mill road, there is a tarmac driveway leading to a detached single garage with up and over door and flat roof. Behind the house, there is a small garden partly terraced. From front to back the plot measures about 111ft (33.8 metres).
