The exterior window frames are in white lacquered aluminium, openable, sliding or hinged, fitted with 4x16x6mm double glazing, protected by shutters in the same colour. There are also ‘Velux’ windows to ensure ventilation and light in the guest toilet, kitchen and storage room.

Infrastructure:
The water heating is guaranteed by a solar thermal system, which is fully operational, with plans to interconnect other types of solutions.
An ited network provides internet access in all areas.

Outside area:
This space provides a pleasant spot on hot summer days, as well as space for two cars.
Led lighting, a water supply and sewage system, as well as watertight floor boxes, equip this area.
A traditional wood-burning oven with grill, as well as a tool storage area housing the main electrical panel and irrigation controller complement this area.

Swimming pool:
The 60m3 swimming pool, of the infinity edge type, has a rectangular shape.
Its maintenance is automatic and programmed with a robot connected to the suction system, which cleans leaves and deposited dirt whenever the system comes on. Likewise, saline disinfection and water pH control are carried out automatically via cells.

Garden:
The garden is structured by a Portuguese stone cube pavement path, measuring 11x11x11cm for car traffic and 6x6x6cm for pedestrian use.
It can be considered mature and is supported by an automatic irrigation system with 12 programmable stations, divided into grass, hedge, aromatic, succulent, fruit and flower areas.
The vast majority of species are native, including almond, olive, fig and carob trees, as well as oleander, rosemary and lavender.
