4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Queen Street Quarter offers a vibrant and convenient living experience with a mix of positives and a few areas for improvement. The local amenities are a highlight, with a great range of shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Transport links are generally good, with frequent buses and easy access to main roads. However, during peak hours, traffic congestion can be an issue, which might add a little extra time to your commute. The building offers parking also for guests which is nice to have. Bin collections are reliable, and the area looks well-maintained. There is minimal traffic noise, making it an excellent spot for those who value a peaceful environment. Overall, Queen Street Quarter is a great place to live for those seeking convenience, a vibrant social scene, and good transport connectivity.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most of the time, building management replies, but they often lack accountability and fail to address urgent issues promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Generally, there have been no particularly pleasant or unpleasant surprises. However, I wish I had known that, due to the building's age, the wall insulation is poor, making it difficult to maintain a warm temperature, which can lead to higher electricity costs.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Regarding convenience, Queen street quarters location made everything quite accessible. It’s like living in the centre of the whole city centre itself . Parking on the other hand is not a problem for residents of the apartment but it’s a hurdle for visitors visiting because it’s street parking and ticket enforcement officers always come for them in little or no time . Anti-social behaviour can’t be avoided being in the heart of the city
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are swift to calls and offer solutions and support needed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Queen street is perfect and I really find it quite hard to say something bad about it and the team. Perfect combination!!!!

They have responded quickly initially but follow up on the problem is very slow(still ongoing)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Do the room viewings in winter if possible. Some rooms are quite warm but some don't keep the temperature well
