Bedrooms have ottoman style queen or king size beds with maximum storage provided both under the bed and in the fitted, mirrored sliding wardrobes.

Bathrooms are fully tiled, have Vitra fittings including dual head showers, electric heated towel rails and mirrored storage cupboards.

* Are you solvent (i.e. you've never been declared bankrupt)?
* Is your credit score over 175? (If you're not sure then use one of the online free credit check websites)
* Do you earn 2.5 x the annual rent value? For example if your monthly rent is £700 you'll need to earn at least £21,000 per year before tax. If you don't earn enough then you may be able to rent using a Guarantor.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location is great at Verse! I love being in the city centre but not in the middle. Our street is quiet with M&S nearby, bus stops, entry to the mall, and cute coffee shops nearby!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Our management team always responds to us and is more than willing to help which has made our time at Verse awesome and we really appreciate that.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I have never had such a small washer/dryer that is all in one and doesn’t work super great so I wish I knew that. I also didn’t expect to have a mini fridge considering every spot I’ve ever lived has had a full size fridge. Other than that it’s been great to live here, super clean, great location, and has a lot to offer!

    We are so close to the Saint David’s shopping centre, it’s great for all shopping; clothes, food, beauty ect

    The area around Verse Apartments offers a satisfactory range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, with most essentials within a short walking distance. The open spaces are well-maintained! Transport links are excellent, with several bus routes and very close proximity to both train stations, making it highly convenient for commuting to different parts of the city and beyond. Traffic noise is noticeable but tolerable.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management at Verse Apartments has generally been responsive to any issues I’ve raised. They are quick to acknowledge concerns and typically address maintenance requests within a few days, which has helped in maintaining a good living environment.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Before moving in, I wish I had been aware of the communal events and social gatherings hosted at Verse Apartments. It would have been great to know about the vibrant community life here earlier, as it significantly enhances the living experience and provides fantastic opportunities to meet neighbors and make friends.

    Living in verse is excellent. The locality is perfect for exploring Cardiff and beyond. It is within walking distance of 2 train stations and the bus station. Lots of restaurants and shops are on the doorstep. It is quiet and the discounted parking at st David’s is good value

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues get sorted straight away with no fuss. Excellent service.

    Just check out the local parking prices if you have a car as there is no parking on site

    Verse's location is ideal. Despite being located in the City Center, close to the shopping mall, food shops, train station, good restaurants and tourist areas, such as the Cardiff Castle and Bute Park, the street is very quiet, clean and without traffic noise.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management responded quickly to my requests and resolved any issues.

    Living at Verse is a place where you can live comfortably and make great friends.
