The house is heated by radiators powered by an oil-fired system with a 2000 litre tank and a solar panel support installed in 2017. There are 4 panels for hot water preparation and heating support and 7 KW for additional power generation.

Almost all areas of the house are air conditioned and is protected by an anti-theft device despite being in a very secure area.

In the basement there is an air-conditioned gym, satellite TV connection and several storage rooms (this would also be the perfect place for a sauna). The underground car park can accommodate 4/5 cars inside, the outdoor spaces of the property can accommodate up to 40 cars.

Holiday rentals are not allowed but the 4 separate areas of the house can be rented on a long term basis.

Within 5 minutes drive to all main amenities: green poit, tobacconist, petrol, pharmacy, bank, bakery, doctor, primary school, supermarkets.

Despite the proximity to the airport, there is no noise pollution!
