    Nothing bad to report. I love living here. I always feel safe and secure and always someone to talk to on reception 24/7 if any issues.

    Nice local brewery near by. Very near the train station and easy to nip into the laines. New England road is a little rough.

    Dan and his team are fantastic and go out of their way to respond to issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Despite me paying 4/5 of the rent and all bills it is my husbands name on the lease as i'm a full time student. I wish there had been better communication arround the possibility of using savings or paying upfront directly to Y&E. I paid my husband upfront for the rent for 11 months as i had understood to be on the lease had been calculated from earnings. This leaves me at my husbands 'goodwill' as he has another home in Manchester and i rented out my place in Brighton. I feel that had the move in team been more forthcoming with communications, arranging a chat etc, to establish if savings could be factored in or i could directly pay upfront this situation may have been prevented. Additionally we never saw the flat before moving in. We were shown a floor plan and into other apartments. The current aggresion adds another layer of frustration in what Y&E know is a difficult situation, and the aggression arround viewings really adds salt to this.

    The 16-floors building is located in a strategic position, near the train station and London Road, which offers multiple options in terms of shops. Moreover, it’s 10 minutes away from the Lanes.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The team has promptly assisted me answering any questions I had before moving in.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    You may experience some communication difficulties due to the fact that the management team is quite large and sometimes the information is not shared seamlessly

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    You've basically got everything for everyone. We live right by the lanes, so the buzz and bustle of the city is always a couple minutes walk, while the calm, cozy environment at the apartment let's you strike that perfect balance. You've got so many good restaurants just a couple minutes walk away including Oshio, Nando's, Pompoko, Pizza Express, Dishoom Permit Room, Las Iguanas, Wagamama & endless number of cafes right in the neighbourhood. We're at a 5 minute walk from the train station which is most ideal as well as a similar distance from the St. Peter's bus stop. There's also great parking facilities not just within the development, but multiple car parks right by where we live. Best area to be living in.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Swiftly, professionally and well-communicated. Like I said earlier, very rarely have to chase.

    Nothing really comes to mind. Genuinely was so excited moving in, and the fact is, nothing has changed since. Always content here.

    There are lots of benefits of the location. Supermarket is a couple mins walk and the station is only a 5 min walk. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby as well.

    Had 1 maintenance issue which was quickly resolved

    It’s in a great location with everything you could need only a short walk away.
