The site is located overlooking the Allen valley in a quiet village location. Close to a variety of Northumberland’s many tourist attractions the cabin can be occupied for holiday accommodation all year round, however it is not able to be used as a sole or main place of residence.

It comprises an open plan living/kitchen area, wheelchair accessible shower room and one twin and one double bedroom. The sale will include all furnishings however, they can be removed if not required.

An identical second cabin is available by separate negotiation.

Directions
From Hexham take the B6035 west then bear right onto the B6034. After approximately 8 miles, at the T Junction turn left onto the B6295. As you enter the village of Catton turn right into Staward Lane. The access to the Lodges is your first left turn off Staward Lane.

Park House Lodges is situated on a private site in the village of Catton, benefiting from an elevated position with wide ranging views across the beautiful Allen Valley. The property is located approximately 9 miles south west of Hexham and 30 miles west of Newcastle upon Tyne.
