The property lies alongside the Four Roads - Kidwelly district road, and is some 1 mile from the turning onto the B4309 Cwmffrwd - Pontyates road. The village of Four Roads is some ¼ mile distant and has limited facilities. The larger village of Pontyates is some 3 miles away, and has doctor's surgery, primary school, food retail outlets, public houses etc. The County and Market Town of Carmarthen is some 7½ miles distant, and the towns of Kidwelly and Llanelli some 4 and 8 miles respectively.
