The houses are made of European Oak with 25cm columns, joined with mortice and tenon joints. The ceilings are from 3 to 5 meters high and the roof tiles are made by the leading German manufacturer Creaton and come with a 50-year warranty. The stunning carved, interior and exterior doors are created from teak and have been especially manufactured on the island of Java for this project, they are a real work of art.

All the houses have high quality solid wood parquet flooring; panoramic 3-meter tall, energy-saving windows and electric black-out blinds for complete darkness and finished by linen curtains.

The bathrooms feature an inner washroom and powder room and an outer courtyard bathing area, with marble and porcelain ware products by Kohler, USA. In order to obtain a more exotic experience, the designer has chosen to place the bathtubs on the outside of the bathrooms in order to enjoy the beautiful flora whilst relaxing in the bath.

High-tech air conditioning and ventilation for fresh air is installed in all enclosed spaces.

The solid wood designer furniture combines durability, in humid climates, with a sophisticated elegance to complement the bespoke pieces. The Balinese wall decoration and Asian lamps compliment the all-natural fibre carpets from Sumatra. The whole project is almost entirely composed of natural materials.

The property is made in the Joglo style, which is characterized by a separate day house, in the middle of which, on 5 metre solid teak columns, there is this breath-taking carving of 15 sq.m.

The day house has an area of 130 sq.m. and the ceiling is also made of oak panelling. When the electric blinds come down, this house becomes a cinema equipped with a 4K Laser Video Projector, Klipsch sound system and a 3-metre screen. Here the furniture is from the top Italian brands Opera and Presotto. The comfort of the mattresses is guaranteed by Golden Night, Italy; a brand preferred for the furnishing of 5 star hotels.

For the convenience of the staff, there is a fully furnished apartment with a living room, a kitchen with a dining room and a bedroom, as well as a private bathroom.

The barbecue area is topped with granite and is equipped with a professional stainless steel kitchen to surpass hygiene standards. The professional appliances of the Italian leading manufacturer Smeg will satisfy the requirements of even the best chefs.

The relaxation area has natural luxury rattan furniture.

The infinity pool measures 17 x 6 meters and is lined with natural green Indonesian stone and equipped with ozone water treatment, sitting Jacuzzi area and automatic replenishing system.
