    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The local area has a great mix of shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Transport links are excellent—tram and train services are close by, and buses are frequent. The street is generally quiet, though parking can be limited and bins sometimes overflow. I’ve not noticed much anti-social behaviour, and traffic noise is minimal.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management has been reasonably responsive, especially with the help of the concierge team who are approachable and often act as a good first point of contact.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Bins can fill up quickly and aren’t always emptied on time. It’s also worth knowing that soundproofing between apartments is decent but not perfect some noise carries from adjacent units.

    I love living in Poplin - the best place ever. I love the location, the facilities and the beautiful architecture of the place. I feel like I have finally found my home!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They respond really fast you can always rely on them to fix things and talk you through every step of the process. Martin is brilliant. He's so knowledgeable about issues the flat my have.

    How amazing the storage space in the flat would be!

    Good - the area the property is located in a great area for local amenities, cafes, bars and restaurants and feels very safe. It is great for transport links and very well connected

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues have been dealt with by building management in a timely manner

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    It would have been good to have some more information on how to set up bills as this has been a bit of a headache - however, we understand that this is not down to the management team and more the previous tenant

    There’s a great sense of community, with friendly neighbours and vibrant local events. The amenities are top-notch, from trendy cafes and restaurants to well-equipped gyms and shops. Public transport is reliable, making commuting a breeze.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The property managers have been incredible. They’ve been here since I first moved in, and I’ve truly appreciated seeing their friendly faces every day.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Just that you have to pay 20pounds if you lose a key which is a bit too much.

    The property is in a fab location, close to bars/restaurants and the green quarter. There are plenty of close transport links and the city is a walk away. The road noise can be heard but I don't notice it now!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quickly, without any concern and its always at a high standard!

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The socials are amazing - especially in the last 6 months or so. Such a great way to meet people!
