As C James is my own estate agency it's an eat, drink, think business, so whilst the physical office may be closed, out of hours viewings & valuations are welcomed, vendors and landlords always have access to me via mobile, even home phone and with cloud networks emails can be responded any time of the day, sales particulars checked, details uploaded to property portals, viewings booked and actions responded in real time
