THE PROPERTY
The mooring is truly 'one of a kind' it is the only available permanent dock at this point on the estuary. Having been held by the same family for decades this is a rare opportunity to site a boat with outstanding water views.

SURROUNDING AREA
The mooring is situated on the Hayle Estuary, between the towns of Hayle and Lelant. Expansive sandy beaches are only a short distance away.
The Estuary is the most south westerly estuary in the UK and is a RSPB sanctuary. This is a haven for up to 18,000 migrant and wintering waterfowl – especially during severe weather, when conditions here may be milder than elsewhere in the UK. Deemed a site of special scientific interest, it is home to over 300 species of birds, including the endangered osprey.
Hayle sits on the famous South West Coast Path, an epic coastal walk traversing the county’s rugged ex-mining coastline and idyllic sandy beaches.
The quaint historic town is Cornwall’s best kept secret, boasting miles of untouched sandy beaches without the crowds of neighbouring St Ives.
The town is situated on the main train line from London, making it easy to access and ideal for commuting.
