Sellers View...We bought this house for its bright and airy feel, the beautiful views over the Rye, its proximity to the station, yet wonderfully quiet location and its lovely flat sunny South facing garden. We brought our kids home from the hospital to this house and have since loved the space it has offered us as a family. The flat garden is perfect for kids as well as entertaining in the summer months, especially as it is not overlooked. Had we not decided we wanted to be closer to family we would have continued to enjoy living here for at least another 10 years and will be really sad to leave it, especially after putting our stamp on every room.

Michael's View...The owners have re-worked the home and subtly improved the original layout. Moving the dining room door slightly - makes much better use of the area. Fitting wardrobes and the ensuite in the main bedroom. The kitchen and the breakfast area over looking the garden have been thought out well and fitted to a high standard. Its a superb home.
