We have loved living in Princess Marina Drive this last few years; we were so excited to pick out all of the features and were sure that we wanted to make this a proper family home while we had our baby. We were thrilled with the position we ended up with by the lake, so that we can just step out of the door and onto the path around, either using it to go down to Stables for coffee, down to the nearby swings or to start the walk over to California Country Park about 20 minutes away. We found a great nursery and there are two schools nearby, however it’s time for us to go and settle nearer our family for some extra help when we need it. It’s been amazing to see this area build up and develop so much since we moved in and there seems to be much more still to come.

This house really does tick so many boxes before you even walk through the front door with the fantastic views of the lake and plenty of green space. When entering the property you are welcomed by a lovely spacious hallway leading to the all important open planned kitchen/dining/family room which is such a fantastic space and has been decorated excellently. There's a separate living room to the front with a wonderful bay window to enjoy those views, as well as a downstairs loo and utility cupboard with plenty of storage! Upstairs has four really good size bedrooms with fitted wardrobes to bedroom 1. The main bedroom is gorgeous and has an ensuite whilst there's also a family bathroom shared between the other three rooms.
 
Area Comments… 

Arborfield Green is surrounded by countryside with California Country Park and Hazebrouck Meadows on the doorstep and other countryside to explore locally. There are popular schools, including Bohunt just a short walk away, plenty of amenities with the fantastic Stables Cafe, the local Co-Op and the community centre all close by. There's easy access into Wokingham & Reading from here and Arborfield is quickly becoming a hub of local activity while still enjoying a semi-rural feeling to the village itself.
