Seller Insight
"We moved to Rhiwhiriaeth Uchaf eight years ago. What attracted us to the house was the land and the stunning views as well as the cottage style house with the inglenook and log burner. No other house compared to it at the time! The local community is welcoming and friendly. There are regular events and various groups in the immediate and wider area, to join in with if you so wish. We will cherish the memories of every summer when our large family visit all at once from around the UK; the grandchildren camping in the garden, playing hide and seek amongst the trees, games on the lawn.
Seller Insight
We will miss the peace and quiet, wildlife; the hares hiding in their forms around the garden; the various birds nesting around the house and garden in the spring and summer. The dark skies in the winter where you can see the stars and the Milky Way so clearly. The trees in the valley in front of the house changing into their beautiful colours in the autumn. We have absolutely loved our time here but had always intended to make a last move to Scotland, somewhere near a beach or on an island, and are now actively looking for somewhere. Hopefully we will swap red kites and hares for otters and seals."
