Sellers Story - We have loved how versatile our home has been for all of us as a family, in particular, we are all very fond of our living room as it is very spacious, coupled with lots of sunshine and finally, the back doors open up into beautiful garden. Our trees in the garden have different colours, consisting of pink & white flowers which are extremely soothing, relaxing to watch and a spectacular view from the living room. We have done plenty of barbeque parties in the summer, where we can host our guests in the huge living come dining room as we open up the doors to the patio & garden. Plenty of greenery & numerous trees in the garden have never failed to impress our guests.
Hosting parties in the spacious house with 2 reception rooms, one playroom, huge kitchen & dining with spacious gardens where our guests are ever delighted, has made many happy memories. One of such memories is my last birthday party during summer when we had invited friends & family over. Our neighbours bought their dog along who was happy to play with kids in the garden. Our teenage boy was on his video games with his friends in the playroom. My daughters' friends gathered in the spacious study to play with Doll houses. We had approx. 10 families over & we initially sat in the patio area doing barbeque. When it started to turn dark, we moved into the living room for deserts & coffee. Having a good time with friends & family all gathered in one big room with good food & drinks on a special occasion is what makes memorable events of life.
We have enjoyed our newly extended first floor creating more accommodation for us as a family also the converted study room as my husband and I occasionally work from home. The spacious study allows plenty of space for both of us, where we could be together and still focus on individual work and not getting in each other's way! On weekends the study turns into gaming / movie room for kids, their friends and is also one of the most enjoyable parts of the house.
We will miss the entire house with our lovely neighbourhood. In particular, we will miss the privacy of 5 big rooms downstairs which gives lot of space, especially when we have guests over. I'm also quite fond of the Kitchen with modern setup and with multiple gadgets & storage units. It is so convenient & luxurious to have family dine on the dining table located in the kitchen whilst I'm preparing fresh food.
The location has been fantastic, with convenience to work, schools and other amenities we will be looking to stay in the area for this reason.
