Bedroom 3 is a single room towards the front of the property and would make an excellent office.  The family bathroom has been converted into more of a wet room with window to rear and there is also a separate WC.

Outside:

Towards the front of the property is a driveway providing off-street parking and access to the single garage and there is a town garden.  Towards the rear there is a lawned garden which is south facing.
