BMSotogrande – now formally known as Beautiful Mediterranean Properties, has for more than a decade  been headed up by architect and property expert Bradley Falconer. This South African born Architect uses his wealth of property experience to advised purchasers and sellers of the most prestigious homes in Sotogrande – one of the jewels of the Andalucian coast. The prestigious property firm offer its clients, original top-of-the market properties in the Sotogrande area. Assisted by a strong and experienced team, he is best placed guide and advise his local and international clients on quality architectural design and superior construction, while finding buyers for prestigious luxury homes, land and apartments. Additional services include project management, landscaping and interior design.

Bradley Falconer - Architect and Property Specialist.

Bradely is a south Africa born architect got his architecture degree  at the well-known university of Cape Town. He then went when on to design for host of prestigious client in south Africa-  Cisco System, Mnet, Sappi Paper just to mention a few. Bradley relocated to Spain in 2001 and work for well know local firm Predio 2000 under the architect Antonio Casado until 2009.  Beautiful Mediterranean was then born and offers bespoke home and luxury renovation. This wealth of knowledge of both design and building helps give Bradley the edge in property sales.
