So we moved to Oak Grove in December 2019 just before Christmas to start our Family home. It's been absolutely perfect without incidents from any neighbours. Everyone is courteous and respectful. We have the big kid and little kid parks on the estate with a 3rd hidden away but not too far and then the country park which is great during the summer months. With Dinton Pastures also on our doorstep it's been the perfect place to raise 2 curious little children. The house was one of the last few houses to be built in Plot 2 on the estate before they moved on to the houses just behind us (Plot 3) We've endured the house settling and all the things that may be of issue with a newbuild and the house is now perfectly suited for us. We have family in Wokingham so Sandford lane as a cut through is amazing to save time in the mornings, and close access to the A329 to get to the M4 has equally been great for my work. 15 Minutes from Reading and 13 from Bracknell for the Lexicon or the Oracle as well so shopping was never an issue sadly. There is also a Primary school just around the corner with a Tesco's express and other local shops with a DR surgery near by. We added more slabs to the garden to create a seating and BBQ area but this is the only cosmetic work done to the house from the day we purchased. Outside of painting and decorating the house is very much as we purchased. We have a boiler cupboard, Eves cupboard, shed and under stairs space for Storage as well.
We are gutted to leave however to get our Second child into the same school as her sister we need to be in catchment else we would still be here.

On entering the property you can see how much space it has to offer starting with the nice big entrance hall which has your downstairs cloakroom and storage under the stairs leading off it. There is a nice big kitchen that runs across the side which has all your integrated appliances. At the rear is your living room space with double doors leading onto the garden.

The most impressive thing about this home is the main bedroom which is the entire top floor. This fantastic space has an en-suite, separate dressing area, lovely high ceilings and large eaves storage making it the dream bedroom! Back down to the first floor you have a double bedroom with an ensuite, third bedroom, family bathroom and even a small study room.

Oak Grove is located with the Loddon Park development which is a prime location within Woodley and has so many amenities on your doorstep. The location of this property is perfect for families due to all the green open spaces, nature reserve and play parks. There are plenty of walks around, shops, and a local pub all within walking distance.

There are good bus links into Reading and easy access onto the M4/A329m making it ideal for commuting.
