Entrance porch, living room with log burning stove, kitchen with 'Rayburn' and additional gas hob and integrated appliances, a spacious orangery with French doors to the courtyard. Upstairs in the main house there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The utility room and outside WC is in the stone outbuilding that forms part of the courtyard. The beautifully manicured garden then extends to the rear of the property where you will find the chalet with another bedroom, lounge, dining/kitchen and shower room. There is parking for two vehicles and another sizeable garden with large pond to the front.

The modern kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven for if ever the 'Rayburn' is turned off in the Summer. There are also integrates appliances including a dishwasher and freezer.

The Roof and all windows have been replaced by the current owner. The oil tank has been recently replaced.

There are two chimneys, one for the wood burner in the front room and another for the oil fired Rayburn in the kitchen.; both chimneys swept July 2024. Rayburn serviced October 2024

The oil boiler is a 'Worcester Heatslave'. This is located in the utility and the current owner has an annual insurance contract. Annual service last performed 21st May 2024
