Roy Green Chartered Surveyors was formed in 1985 by Roy Green.

Based in the heart of the Nook in Anstey, the branch is eye catching and positioned facing one of the main roads coming into Anstey village. With a staff of 6 experienced and local employees and being rics qualified adds to the level of professionalism that both directors believe has been missing to a local property agent.

In 2001 the firm became a Partnership when Jeremy Green joined and together they gained over 43 years professional experience and established a small but successful General Practice Firm which is reflected in the comprehensive range of retained and new clients including local and national companies, together with many private individuals who recognize and appreciate individual attention from fully qualified professionals.

The firm was incorporated in 2009 as Roy Green Surveyors Limited and we have a reputation for providing a local professional service.

Although the firm is well renowned for its Agriculture, Commercial and Residential business we also provide two residential letting services, 'Let Only' and 'Full Management'.

We have a strong portfolio of leasehold properties with which long term relationships with the lease holders have been created.
