First Floor

To the first floor are 4 bedrooms. Bedroom four is accessed via bedroom one, however this could be easily separated with an independent access if required or used as a nursery / dressing room / en suite. Bedroom one has a feature fireplace and hanging space into the alcove. Bedrooms two & three are both double rooms. The family bathroom is also located on this floor.

Outside

The rear garden is enclosed by brick walling and fencing with plants, shrubs & a vegetable plot. There is a lower patio area and pedestrian gate access (to both sides) leading to the front of the property. The driveway provides off street parking for two cars.
