DIRECTIONS
From the town of Crickhowell, proceed north on the A40 trunk road. After approximately 1.4 miles, turn right at the junction shortly after the Nant Y Ffin Cider Mill, sign posted to Builth Wells on the A479. Continue along the road for approximately 2.5 miles, then turn left as you approach the village of Cwmdu. Proceed along the road for 120yards then turn left and continue for another 0.1 miles then turn right. Again, continue for another 0.1 miles then take a left and after another 0.1 miles take the first right. Continue for approximately 0.3 miles and the private road that leads to both lots can be found on your left hand side. Lots 1 and 2 can be found on the both sides of the driveway as indicated by the McCartneys For Sale boards.

The property is offered for sale as a whole, or in two lots, by Informal Tender (unless previously sold).
