Tamar View Holiday Park is a quiet and family-run holiday park, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Park consists of 50 static caravan and luxury lodge pitches, offering south-facing panoramic views all the way to Plymouth Sound. The Park benefits from a variety of local amenities and attractions on your doorstep, with the wider offerings of Devon and Cornwall only a short drive away!
Stepping into the lodge via your large decking, you walk into the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. With double glass sliding doors, the stunning local scenery can be seen from every angle. The kitchen takes a U shape and benefits from integrated appliances. The dining area is located in-between the kitchen and living area and benefits from a freestanding table and dining chairs. The lounge has a large L sofa and separate sitting chair with a media stand with storage. Adjacent to the kitchen is the separate utility room with a washing machine.
With the living accommodation splitting the master and twin bedroom, there is peace and quiet for everyone! At one end, the master bedroom enjoys a large window to showcase those views as well as built-in storage and an ensuite bathroom. At the other end is the twin bedroom, also with built-in storage and an ensuite shower room with WC.
The Delta Supreme Lodge also benefits from a manufacturer warranty of one year.
