Opening the door to your apartment with your hotel style keycard entry provides added security. This system allows you to use fob/mobile phone to access. There are Karndean wood style finished floors throughout the apartments. Each apartment located within the complex has floor to ceiling windows, that maximise light. The majority of apartments overlook the landscaped
courtyards whilst the apartments on the front of the building provide views of a vibrant streetscape as you ascend the building.     Very clean and friendly environment. Many services and amenities for residents. Staff are always on hand to help.

    Yes can report issues in the app which are then swiftly dealt with.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The heaters take time to heat up. Very minor issue as the building is well insulated

    Close to shops and amenities but parking is hard even for someone to come round there isn’t anywhere for them really that is free/ cheap. I can be quiet in the area but there is also a lot of rubbish being thrown around the patios on John street

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes they have within a day or two of me raising the issue.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There was a cross meter issue with my electric which I know wasn’t the buildings fault but that didn’t get sorted until 10 months in so I now have to pay electric all in one go rather than it be monthly. Staff are friendly though and helped throughout

    Great location, within walking distance to so many shops & restaurants. However I find it disappointing that there is no residential parking included so I have to pay&display everyday. I have had 3 parking tickets when I haven't renewed my parking before midnight.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Always very swift response with issues & repairs that we've had in our apartment.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Parking issues with the pay&display carpark - already had 3 parking tickets as you can easily get caught if you don't renew before midnight.

    The good aspects are that O am just next to every transport and in the city centre so commuting is very easy . I can’t think of a bad aspect

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes and promptly too . An example was when I had plumbing issue and spoke to the management and they responded

    Nothing I can think of as they were very transparent

    It is very close to the town centre and train station so close to everything that is needed The main issue is that there is no form of parking which is extremely difficult

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Every issue raised has been answered pretty much straight away so I have no complaints!

    How poor the parking was, there is very limited options that don’t requirement payment
