From the moment you walk through the front gate along the path to the front door, I had the feeling that this was going to be a lovely home.

Southcroft Road runs from Tooting through to Streatham and there are a number of shops and amenities in the immediate vicinity. The northern line @ Tooting Broadway is a 15 - 20 minutes walk although you could just jump on the bus (along Southcroft Road) and be there in no time at all.
