Land

The land gently undulates to the west of the farmyard and the north towards the public highway. The land that extends past the woodland known as Vineyard wood comprises good quality level pasture dived in several well sized enclosures.

Vineyard Wood is situated west of the farmyard and extends to approximately 8.5 acres of mostly traditional deciduous woodland. The woodland is to be managed alongside the rest of the farm with entry into management or grant schemes to be approved by the landlord prior to submission.
