Here you have six kilometers of beaches which is recognised internationally for their clean waters being next to the Nature Reserve lagoon.

The villas will be ready for December 2026. There is an option to add a basement for an extra price of 45,000€.

The villas are comprised of one level with an external staircase leading you upstairs to the roof solarium, which has the option to add a summer kitchen or Jacuzzi at an extra cost. Some of the roof terraces have sea views. You have three double bedrooms, of which one is en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a shower room.
