HistoryIn 1925, Leslie Boyce (L.J.) opened an Independent Estate Agent's office in Fore Street, trading as L.J. Boyce & Co. In 1952 Leslie moved the Brixham office to its present position. Leslie was a long serving member of the Brixham Urban District Council and "lived, slept and ate" Brixham. Grandson, Mark Boyce, joined the firm in 1986 and soon discovered the same attraction to Estate Agency and working in Brixham.
Having now retired, the reins have been passed onto husband and wife team, Will and Alice Litherland. Between them they have nearly 30 years experience in estate agency, with 20 of those years working for Boyce Brixham.
