The area is beautiful, with multiple parks and walks - larger parks and attractions include Peckham Rye, which is a 5 minute cycle away and Greenwich is only 15 minutes away by car. Brockley is a few minutes up the road and there are numerous independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops!

We will be leaving most furnishings unless preferred otherwise and are open to discussion on this area.
