Where is it?

You'll find this maisonette in the quiet, leafy Hampstead Garden Suburb conservation area - a highly sought-after part of North London. There is unrestricted on-road parking, with no controlled parking zone. It is close to Hampstead Heath and Muswell Hill and about 10 minutes' walk from East Finchley tube station. There is also easy road access to the A1, the North Circular Road and the M1. The local shops are two minutes' walk away.

Who's the landlord? 

I'm Helen and I lived happily here for ten years. I'd like it to become a similarly happy home for its new residents. I now live nearby for conducting viewings and dealing with any maintenance issues.

As a member of the Residential Landlords Association since 2009, I believe in treating tenants as I would like to be treated, and on the rare occasions that this property has become available to rent, it has been snapped up by the first people to see it.
