A most attractive period home, with an excellent range of outbuildings and stunning grounds of about 3.25 acres.

Minstead Cottage is approached over an 'in and out' gravelled drive to a wide parking area.

The accommodation is accessed through the delightful large conservatory at the rear of the cottage which overlooks the garden. It is double glazed and has doors leading to the garden, the sitting room and the kitchen/breakfast room. The hall has a wide Inglenook fireplace with stairs to the first floor and doors to both the sitting room and dining room. The kitchen/breakfast room has a tiled floor and well fitted kitchen including a Neff hob and oven. On the first floor are a master bedroom with its own shower room and three further bedrooms and family bathroom.

The cottage has a wealth of good outbuildings suitable for a variety of purposes. Alongside the gravel drive is the brick and tile garage block with large store and office. Behind this is a barn with two vehicular entrances. There is also a single carport and a brick store.

There is a small area of lawned garden in front of the house and a wide paved terrace leading to the mainly lawned, South East facing garden at the rear. To the side of the garden is a garden store and workshop.

Behind the house is a tile stable block providing two boxes and various stores and the land is divided into a small paddock in front of the stable and two others.

Cadnam lies within the New Forest National Park. The open forest itself is within 1/4 of a mile for those with walking and equestrian pursuits. There is easy access to the M27 for the south coast and Southampton which links to the M3 for Winchester and London. The major centres of Southampton and Bournemouth are both within short motoring distance. Fast rail services are available at Southampton Parkway at Junction 5 on the M27.
