Stonebridge is located between the popular village of Medstead and Four Marks. Medstead village amenities include a church, village hall, public house, primary school, shop, and post office. The Larger Village of Four Marks provides several local amenities, including an excellent butcher, greengrocer, local supermarket and pharmacy. Medstead Primary School and Amery Hill Secondary School are the catchment area schools. There is also Eggar's in Alton and Perins in Alresford. It also has excellent independent schools, including Winchester College and St Swithun's. Bridal pathways immediately from the property give access to the open countryside of the Hampshire Downs.
