Welcome to our beautiful family home in the highly desirable location of Montague Park. It has been perfect for entertaining family and friends. We moved here six years ago, not only to be within walking distance of our daughter’s secondary school – St. Crispins but to be close to all major amenities. We all shed a lot of sweat and tears landscaping the rear garden ourselves, from a pile of turf and a handful of paving stones. It is one of our favourite places to relax and catch up with the goings on of each other’s busy days. We bbq most evenings, whilst watching the sunset sitting under our covered pergola. It is a quiet location, with friendly neighbours and plenty of places to go for a walk to unwind. It may be based on a development however, it is in a glorious plot and it makes us feel like it's our own private space. We truly believe that whoever becomes the new owners will make happy memories just as we have.

We love Montague Park, it's such a great development. Often descriptions of houses focus too much on the house, this house is lovely you will see that from the photos, there isn't an area which needs addressing or updating. You have to see the garden it's just so great, oh and wait until you see in the garage as the seller has partitioned part of the garage and has his own little gym area. Anyway ... back to Montague Park, it has a wonderful primary school on sight (Floreat Primary) and just under one mile you have a great secondary school (St Crispins). Plus there is a Co-op on the development for your immediate essentials. Situated a short drive from the A329 you will have easy access on to the A329 and then M4 if needed.
