The entire house has recently been renovated top to bottom with age 22+ sharers and work-from-home in mind so there are plenty of nice separate spaces to gather in or be alone. Sunny garden. Free on-street parking.  

Your commitments

We're asking for £1985 for the whole property, so the split could be 3 people at £530 each and one paying £395 for the small room
(bills NOT included eg Council tax [about 1500/yr for this house, if applicable]), but the exact split can be decided amongst your group. Unihomes bills package available, £27 per person per week. We don't mind a couple in the group (ie leave the small bedroom empty for guests) BUT legally we can't have more than 4 residents total.
