LOCATION
Villa Le Muse is a prestigious Tuscan villa nestled in the hills of Lucca, in one of the most coveted positions of the plain. This residence offers easy access to the city of Lucca, the bustling beaches of Versilia, and the renowned seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi. Its proximity to Pisa airport significantly facilitates travel within the region. Additionally, to meet daily needs, a supermarket is easily reachable within a few minutes by car.

The property sits on approximately six hectares of land, mostly cultivated as an olive grove, producing high-quality olive oil. At the time of purchase, it also contained two large vineyards.
