The diner also acts as a central link room for the ground floor.

The ‘Masterclass’ kitchen from their H-line collection boasts a handleless door system topped by ‘Caeserstone’ quartz and ‘Mirostone’ countertops, 2 Samsung ovens (one with microwave capabilities), Hotpoint fridge/freezer & dishwasher, ‘Pronteau’ prostream 3-in-1 hot water tap in urban copper, induction hob and extractor fan hood above. ‘Herschel’ infrared panels are fixed to the ceiling for a stylish and sustainable heating solution, these are fitted throughout the property.

Sitting Room: Light neutral décor tones set the mood in this more intimate carpeted reception room setting, adjacent to the kitchen. A wide picture window maximises the vistas, completed by infrared ceiling heating panels, LED spotlights and wall mounted mood lighting.

Utility Room: Located just off the kitchen, with space/plumbing for both a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two layers of 15mm acoustic plasterboard and a 3mm sound proofing rubber sheet ensure brilliant sound dampening between the utility and the rest of the house, while an ‘Alu-tec’ aluminium rear door opens directly out to the patio.
