This villa has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, and flooring throughout. The villa is bright and cheerful making it an ideal holiday getaway. With two double bedrooms, the smaller of which has bunk beds at present with a small double bed below and a single bed over. The villa can easily accommodate 5 to 6 people. The room dimensions are as follows:

Ground rent is approx £2700.00 per annum. Usage is 12 months of the year. Utilities are metered and individually billed. Water is included in the ground rent. At the moment, facilities at the park include an outdoor pool which is open during the summer months, a childrens games room with table tennis, air hockey etc.There is also a tennis court.

Villa 1 is located at the bottom of the park within easy distance to the main car park.
