Her maintenance guys are great, for the annual boiler service for example, and she has provided luxury furnishings, even extras like desks and decorative items to make us feel at home. We have loved living at Osprey - a home away from home. She has even had video calls with us to show us the ropes (boiler settings!). Just to also mention the flat is well located and inside very bright which is lovely on those lazy weekends, and we do not hear any noise at night in the silent courtyard, again very rare in London.
